All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a charge equal to the first night's stay. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability at an additional charge.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties.
Matadi Rental Service shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the stay except where caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
